Align With Clarity ("AWC," "we," "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to alignwithclarity.com, our email lists, and any free tools we offer, including tools hosted on other web addresses that link to this policy.
What information we collect
Information you give us. We collect your name and email address when you sign up for our emails, request a free tool, or contact us. If you buy something from us, we also collect what is needed to complete the purchase. Payments are handled by Stripe, and we do not see or store your full card number.
Information you enter in our free tools. When you use one of our tools, we collect the answers you type in. The next section explains how.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website or tools, we may collect your IP address, browser and device type, the page that referred you, the pages you view, and when you visited. We may also see which links you click, including links in our emails.
Our free tools and AI features
Some of our free tools use artificial intelligence to create your results. When you use one:
- What you type is sent to an AI service (currently Anthropic, listed below) to create your results. Under its business terms, Anthropic may not use that content to train its AI models.
- Some tools save parts of your answers to your contact record in our email system, such as the task you chose or the type of result you received. We use this to send you emails that fit what you told us.
- We review answers in summary to improve our tools and decide what to create next. When we share what we learn, we do not name you.
- Results are created by AI. They are general information, not professional advice, and may contain mistakes.
Please do not enter passwords, financial details, other people's personal information, client data, or anything confidential into our tools.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Run our website and free tools, and create your results
- Send you what you asked for, such as a tool link or your results
- Send you our emails, including newsletters and information about our products. Every email includes a link to unsubscribe
- Send you administrative messages, such as confirmations and updates to this policy
- Respond to your questions and provide support
- Understand how our website, tools, and emails are used, so we can improve them
- Protect against fraud, misuse, and illegal activity
We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies, analytics, and email tracking
Cookies. Our website and tools may use cookies, small files stored in your browser, to remember your preferences and measure how pages are used. Google Analytics uses cookies for this. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work as well.
Email tracking. Our emails may contain a small tracking pixel and tracked links. These show us whether an email was opened and which links were clicked, so we can send more useful emails. We do not pass this information on to anyone else.
Affiliate links. We may share links to products we recommend. If you click one and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. The company behind the link may place a cookie in your browser to track that sale.
Advertising. We do not currently show ads on our website. If that changes, we will update this policy.

Our website and tools are for adults running a business. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
